Max Wild holds a Masters Degree from the Manhattan School of Music and a Bachelors degree from London’s Guildhall School of Music. He has been performing and teaching music for over fifteen years, and is currently on faculty at two renowned music institutions in New York City, namely Dubspot Electronic Music School, and the Manhattan School of Music. Originally trained as a jazz saxophonist, Wild’s credentials range from performing with Grammy-nominated saxophonist Mark Turner to recording with Afropop icons Oliver Mtukudzi and Chiwoniso. Since then Wild has been incorporating his saxophone playing with his electronic productions, performing under the electronic music moniker MOA. He has performed at major music festivals and venues around the world such as The Dream Hotel NYC, Nuits d’Afrique Montreal, Celebrate Brooklyn New York, Maalmakula Festival Estonia, Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club London UK, and Music Meeting Holland.

Josh Bess is an Ableton Certified Trainer, Musician, Producer, Sound Designer, and Author with expert level knowledge in live electronic performance, while holding a deep appreciation for the modern drum kit. Growing up in New York, Bess has been involved with music from an early age, performing with multiple artists, and employing a wide variety of styles as a percussionist. Alongside his percussive talents, Bess honed his interest in audio production, and earned his degree for Audio Engineering and Jazz/Commercial Performance, along with his Ableton Trainer Certification. Bess fuses his knowledge and ear for audio engineering and electronic workflow to develop the music he writes and performs live today. In addition to performing under his own name, Bess continues to work with a variety of artists such as Vulpes, Andrew Gabriel, Gina Cutillo, and more, with song placement on programs such as Nickelodeon’s Degrassi, Disney Channel, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Barbara Walters, and more.
His latest book, Ableton Grooves, is focused on acoustic drum programming using Ableton Live. With Ableton Grooves, Bess created and introduced the MIDI Map. This map is an original and powerful programming concept that, for the first time, empowers users to easily read MIDI Notation to help guide their drum programming.
An expert in performing with Ableton Live, Bess enjoys teaching beginner to advanced techniques, and is a sought-after educator worldwide.
DJ and Production
Singapore’s DJ Koflow is an artist in the true sense of the word. Starting his career by winning the DMC Championship of Singapore in 2003, he was voted ‘Best DJ’ in Asia’s nightlife authority Juice Magazine in 2008. Since then, Koflow has evolved into one of Asia’s most respected musicians and has shared the stage with the likes of Nas, The Black Eyed Peas, Missy Elliot, and Kanye West. Koflow is a part of Singapore's legendary breaking b-boy crew Radikal Forze, Singapore’s Mandarin rap rock outfit Chou Pi Jiang, as well as Singapore’s revolutionary electronic music collective, 'Syndicate'. In recent years Koflow has been seen working with a number of local artists such as beatboxer Dharni, as well as MC Kevin Lester, for which he opened at SXSW in Texas, CMJ Music week in New York, A3C in Atlanta, CMW in Toronto, and Music Matters in Canada.
Koflow has been commissioned to produce tracks for the British Music Councils, School Or Arts, Nike Human Race, and Nokia. In 2010 he released his critically acclaimed self-titled debut album 'The Turntable Instrumentalist’, which he premiered at the prestigious Esplanade Singapore to a sold out audience. 2015 saw Koflow moving to New York for six months to collaborate with various artists and refine his production chops at New York’s renowned electronic music school Dubspot. Constantly discovering and experimenting, Koflow continues his eternal quest to push the boundaries of music.

Syafiq Halid is an Ableton Certified Trainer, sound designer, electronic artist, and percussionist based in Singapore. He is a graduate of Republic Polytechnic, Singapore, with a Diploma in Sonic Arts, and a graduate of Dubspot Electronic Music School in New York. He is also the first Ableton Certified Trainer in Singapore. In 2012 Halid discovered Ableton Live during a Sound Synthesis module at the Republic Polytechnic, and began experimenting with the endless possibilities of sampling, sound design, live performance and music production. As a sound designer, Halid enjoys exploring and experimenting with sound in different forms. His specialty is incorporating music with other art forms, such as theatre and dance.
